Gift Service Options

All orders ship out within two business days. Some special requests or multiple item purchases may take longer. You will be notified via email or phone.

Feel free to email or call us if you have a special request or questions.
If you need a different size other than listed, or would like a different charm shown on another piece, please use the "special instruction" section of the order form to let us know.
In most cases, we can customize a piece at no additional charge. You are welcome to contact us beforehand with your request to get confirmation that it is workable. We try our best to accommodate your needs.

Receipts with amounts will go to the billing address only.
Note cards will include messages in the special instructions. Receipt will be mailed to the purchaser.
Gift wrapped shipments automatically receive a note card if a message is indicated
Any of our options can be modified to meet your gift giving needs.

Shopping early? Put a "Need By:" date in the special instructions section of the order form.
We'll hold the shipment until closer to the required event.
Don't wait til the last minute to buy that special gift item as it may not be there when you return.
