Guarantee Policy

All items are guaranteed against defect. I use only the highest quality components in my creations. All are guaranteed under normal wear circumstances. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I will do everything in my capacity to remedy the situation. Please contact me if a problem arises.

I try my best to take a decent picture of the items. Some photos just don't do the piece justice. I put as much details in the description as I can without going into overload. If you do need more info, please don't hesitate to ask. I would rather you ask before hand than be unhappy after the purchase.

The sizes shown are for visual purposes and not for everyone. Most items can be resized and/or the charm changed. If you happen to purchase something in the wrong size, don't worry. I will work with you so you are absolutely happy with your piece(s).

On rare occasion, items may be damaged in shipping. The item will be replaced immediately provided I have the components available. Some items may have to be remade and could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Items that are one of a kind may be refunded or given a store credit.

No return accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact me for the return details. Shipping charges may not be refundable. Undeliverable or refused shipments shipping charges will not be refunded.
