We are currently offering free shipping on merchandise orders over $75.00 (within the continental US).
All orders ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Some special requests or multiple item purchases may take longer. You will be notified via email or phone.
We will only speak to the listed purchaser. We don't want to ruin any surprise gifts. Be sure to provide a valid email and phone number or the order may be voided or delayed.
***Due to the high volumn of orders, we may run out of certain types of beads and charms. We will notify you if there will be a delay.***

Newsletter:
Sign up for our periodic newsletter to receive information on new items and special sales. You will not be automatically put on the newsletter list when you make a purchase. You must sign up to receive the newsletter.
Shipping Method:
Currently we are shipping via USPS mail services. Our new shopping cart system should calculate the actual shipping. There are no added handling fees.
All items are shipped enclosed in a zip top plastic bag to prevent tarnish and to protect the item. Gift box is included in each order for gift presentation and for storage.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
US Funds only.
Availability:
Some items are one of a kind and we may not be able to make more than the one. Some of the items marked "sold" can be re-made as soon as we get more components. We leave those items on the site to show what designs we can do and have done.
In rare instances, some
items may already be sold before the website reflects the change. We will email
you ASAP with the status. Then you may choose to do a swap
or cancel the item.
Jewelry Options:
Please use the "special instructions" of the order form for custom size requests. Also use this area for charm preferences (if you see a charm on a different item you'd prefer). In most cases, we can customize a piece at no additional charge.
You are welcome to contact us beforehand with your request to get confirmation that it is workable. For more information: Custom Requests
Bracelet and Anklet sizing:
Use a tape measure (if one isn't available, use a string then measure on a ruler) to determine the length needed. Place the tape where you want the bracelet or anklet to fall, then add 1/4" to 1/2" depending on how loose you want it. If you see something you like, but the size isn't right, let us know. We can custom size most items at no charge or a little difference, bigger or smaller.
Gift Purchase:
Purchases shipped to a different address will receive a zero receipt with the original mailed to the billing address.
Use the "special instructions" of the order form for the note card message.
Put a "Deliver By" date in the special instructions if you are purchasing the gift in advance. We'll hold the shipment until closer to the required event. Visit our Gift Service Options page.
Security:
We have taken every precaution available to make your shopping
experience safe and secure through a SSL server.
We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious transactions. You must provide a valid email address and phone number or the order may be voided. This is for both of our protection. We may phone to verify the purchase. Or email with order questions.
Privacy:
Rest assured, that your information will
not be shared or sold. We don't appreciate when that happens to us and won't do
it to you. The only phone call or email sent will be regarding your current order and/or purchase.
You will not be automatically added to an email list.
Catalogs:
Do to the nature of our line, we do not have a printed catalog. Our items change constantly and many items are one of a kind.
